Follow the steps to submit payment:

- Enter the amount you want to pay and press “Continue”.
- Enter billing information. In the “Company” field, please enter the participant’s name and date of birth (example: John Doe 01/01/1980). Then Press “Submit”
- Once payment is submitted allow 24 to 72 business hours for payment to reflect on your account.
